Primary care and gastroenterology clinic.

I work in a primary care and gerontology clinic collaborating in a three provider practice including John Northup M.D. as our supervising physician. Within our clinic I see a wide variety of disease pathways and maintain regular care for patients with multiple chronic conditions. Responsible for a daily census of 19-21 patients ranging from sick visits, annual wellness exams, establishing care with new patients and chronic disease follow ups for adult to older adult clients. Participates in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of gastroenterology, medication assisted therapy, pre/post procedural examination and primary care treatments.

Outpatient. Chronic kidney disease including hypertension, lipid, bone-mineral and primary and urgent care (our established patients only) visits, home and incenter dialysis.

Perinatology office at Memorial. I will be able to only offer the obstetrics portion of Women’s Health as we do not offer GYN care.

I have 28 years of Women’s Health ( labor & delivery background) & 5 years of NP experience.

Urgent care setting pediatric to geriatric including some women health issues

Open. Monday through Friday

Pediatric primary care and Express Care for all ages.

I can take 1 student per semester.
