Happy New Year APRN Council Members! We have several annoucements for you:
1. NO JANUARY MEETING. Unfortunately, we could not secure a sponsor for this month's meetings. Please continue to send any pharmaceutical representatives Melanie's way via email (melaniefinocchiaro at gmail . com).
2. SAVE THE DATE. The APRN Council of Coastal Georgia will be hosting its 16th Annual Contemporary Issues for the Advanced Practice Clinician conference on March 6-7, 2014. Please see the attached flier for more information.
3. SAVE THE DATE. Currently, 75% of the American population is living with and dying from more than one chronic condition or multiple chronic condition (MCC). The Agency for Health, Research and Quality has partnered with the National Policy Conference to provide a FREE Train-the Trainer SHARED decision-making program to support the self management needs of patients with MCCsin Savannah, GA March 26-28th, 2015. National and International FACULTY will provide the most current information on meeting the care needs of this escalating patient population. Please review the attached flyer and be one of the first 50 to register for this timely program. ~Dr. Kim Kuebler
