December Update

Thank you everyone who joined us at our meeting last night - we had a great turn out! We have some updates to share with you:

  1. Coalition of APRNs - CAPRN has updated their website - www.CAPRN.org - and it looks great! Take a few moments to check it out and join any social networks that apply to you. The new website will make it even easier for APRNs to keep up with legislative issues this legislative session (starting up in January), so make sure that you join their site to stay up to date!
  2. CAPRN Bylaws - CAPRN has also updated the Bylaws and is looking for comments. Please take a few moments to review the Bylaws and send any feedback their way (this will be sent to your email that is on file with Melanie).

  3. Financial update - the APRN Council last evening voted to donate money towards the relief efforts in the Phillipines (some of our members have families who have been directly affected) and to adopt a family for the holidays this year. We have such amazing members!

  4. Website update - the APRN Council will soon begin using the ENPNetwork to take dues / conference fees electronically. More on that to come soon!
