December Meeting RSVP + Update

Hello APRNCG Members!

We hope you had a restful and fulfilling Thanksgiving last week and that the next few weeks are filled with joy as we all make our way through the busy holiday season and to the New Year.

December 2025 Dinner Meeting

Next week on Thursday, December 11, at 6:30pm we will have our final meeting of 2025.

The speaker will be Macy Saunders, APRN. Many of us had the pleasure of attending a dinner meeting earlier this year with her as the speaker, and she is AMAZING!

Please RSVP here for the event through the sponsor's website and here for our group so we have a headcount for next week's meeting.

The sponsor is asking that we have a minimum of 5 RSVPs by this Thursday, or the company will cancel the meeting. Apologies for the short notice, I delayed sending this message out to avoid it getting lost in the food of Black Friday emails! We have up to 28 spots so plenty of space for our members and guests. 

Executive Council member Lisa has been working hard on surprise raffle gifts for our members at this meeting, and we are excited to present to our members the official APRNCG Nursing Pin at this months meeting as well! Please see the attached picture for a sneak peak - they look great! 

November 2025 Dinner Meeting Recap

Our November 2025 meeting was held at Ruth's Chris with speaker Dr. Mascolo, local Pulmonologist. Attendees learned about  new options for the treatment of asthma and the role of Airsupra, which is especially relevant given how many of our members are primary care providers. 

This meeting was also held during Nurse Practitioner Week! In honor of this occasion and in gratitude for their support of our group, each of our active members received our newly released APRNCG Nursing Pins. Several of our members also won a drawing for prizes, including water and coffee cups, cute nursing keychains, and gift cards for Chick-Fil-A.

2025 Summary + 2026 Plans

2026 is just around the corner and APRNCG has lots of ideas and plans on how we want to ring in the new year! The executive council is working on a summary of where we have been this last year and where we want to go for next year - more to come!
