April 2024 Meeting Reminder

Hello APRCCG members!

Happy Monday! Just sending out a quick reminder about our upcoming dinner meeting this Thursday, April 11, beginning at 6:30pm at GSU - Armstrong Campus. This meeting is being hosted by Georgia Southern University who has graciously allowed us use of their meeting room with the dinner portion of the meeting sponsored by the APRNCCG.

Our special edition Nurses Week 2024 t-shirts have arrived! We will be sorting through them and plan to pass these out to our members at our April 11 dinner meeting. For those who cannot attend this meeting, we will also be bringing them to the May Nurses Week meeting and are happy to meet up to get them to you if you can't make either of the meetings.

If you haven't RSVP'd for this week's dinner meeting, please do so here so that we have an accurate head count for the food order - Olive Garden! If you have any dietary concerns, we are happy to accommodate! Just let me know!

April 11, 2024, Dinner Meeting at GSU - Armstrong Campus

We are going to have a legislative and policy update in collaboration with the UAPRN and a special open discussion designed to help the newly graduated APRN. We have several student members signed up to attend, which we are super excited about!

As a reminder, we will also be taking note of the members who attend each dinner meeting as those members are eligible for prizes that will be drawn at our May 2024 Nurses Week meeting! The prizes are pretty great so far (spoiler alert: ⚾️)  and we are excited to share them with you!
